      The parts listed on this catalog are produced of the highest quality materials under the most exacting conditions possible and are made to replace OEM parts.  Their performance for the applications listed herein is guaranteed.

      The methods used to produce these parts are to the best of our ability environmentally friendly.  All unused materials or by-products are 100%  recycled into new products.  Our top consideration is not to pollute the environment.

 The manufacturer of the parts listed herein supports the disabled in employment wherever possible.

Warranty Policy:

      The manufacturer of the products listed herein offers a no-questions-asked warranty for replacement if any of our products are determined to be defective for a period of one year from date of purchase.  We will replace any defective merchandise to our distributors.  Our warranty is limited to replacement with like-merchandise and we assume no liability in the use of our products.  NO OTHER WARRANTY IS EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED AND THE ABOVE POLICY CANNOT BE AMENDED BY ANY EMPLOYEE OR REPRESENTATIVE OF RAM-PAR INDUSTRIES, LTD.

Freight Policy:

     All orders over $500 receive prepaid freight.  Orders under $500 for Canadian customers will have $10 added for freight charge.  Orders under $500 for US customers will have $25 added for freight cost.
